Refund Policy

Our Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. All returns are refunded in the form of a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

A refund will only be granted if the original item is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
-After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-If you are approved, then you’re a credit will be applied to your account to use on a future purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
-We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
-If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

-If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver.

**You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be applied to a store credit. 

*Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the return product to reach us may vary.

*Please ship all items with tracking information and consider purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for any lost packages in route to be returned.
